1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 days (Monday–Friday) and shipping takes 5–9 days (Monday–Friday). The total delivery time is usually 6–12 working days. For details, please see our shipping policy page.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is only possible before the order has been processed. After that, cancellation is not possible. For more information, see our returns and refunds policy.
3. How can I return a product?
