Key details

  • Order deadline: Orders placed before 5 PM (GMT+8) are processed on the same business day, if possible. Orders after 5 PM are processed the next business day.
  • Processing time: 1–3 days (Monday–Friday).
  • Shipping time: 5–9 days (Monday–Friday).
  • Total delivery time: 6–12 business days from the time of order placement.
    Shipping costs: Free shipping within Australia.

Shipping process:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days. After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the delivery status at any time.

Delays:
If your order does not arrive within a maximum of 12 business days, please contact us with your order number. We will immediately look into the matter and propose a solution.

Order cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled before the fulfillment process begins. Once processing has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Damaged or incorrect products:
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us at support@olivoir.com, attaching photos of the problem. You can choose a free replacement or a full refund.
