Return and refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations, the following rules apply:

- Return period: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Return costs: borne by the customer
- Handling fee: none
- Refund period: up to 7 days from receipt and verification of the return shipment
- Exchanges: accepted
- Note: This policy is subject to our terms of service.
Return period
You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returns are not possible after 30 days. Your statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days remains unaffected.
Return costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not charge any handling fees or additional costs.
Return procedure
To make a return, send an email with your order number and reason for return to support@olivoir.com . Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.
Once we have received your notification, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the goods. Please pack the products carefully to avoid damage during transport.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned products, a refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 days of confirming receipt of the return.
Product exchange
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at support@olivoir.com. We will help you choose a replacement or carry out the exchange process.
Order cancellation
An order can only be canceled before it has been processed. After that time, cancellation is not possible.
Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged product or a product that does not match your order, please contact us immediately with photos. The customer can choose between a free replacement or a full refund.
